Excellent service and knowledge of local food (definitely try the pecorino sampler) and wine. Especially nice for something lighter after all that pasta there night before!

I stopped here multiple times during my trip to Pienza. Great regional meats and cheeses. Good craft beer options and great wine recommendations. The staff is warm and welcoming. If you're looking for a place to take a break or get a snack definitely stop here.

Awesome. Cristoforo was an amazing host, truly passionate about all things beer. Italian dude but spoke fluent English with my wife and I, he treated us like old friends, letting us taste the best beers around Italy. We had some cheese and locally grown tomatoes, followed by some toasts with local meats and cheese that were delicious. Thanks dude for the experience and the recommendations in the area!

It was great to find Prosit instead of the other touristic bars/ restaurants in Pienza. Located in a quite small path, we’ve enjoyed a great quality of cold cuts. Their products are from small local producers. The service was super nice! A must visit.

Lovely little beer and wine shop plus restaurant right at the entrance of the Pienza old town, with some great views of the beautiful valley.While we didn't have food (which looked nice) the service was very friendly and knowledgeable with respect to the beer and wine. Two beers on tap, a wide range of cans and wine bottles which you can also enjoy in the alley outside.Very much recommended for a brief craft beer stop

If you want something else than the regular Tuscan cheeses and cured meats, this is the place to go. They really try to make something different, and you won't find pasta or pizza there. However, what they make, they make really good. We had beef tartare with peanut butter, which was very innovative and tasteful. The egg with truffle and ham was also perfect, as well as the special combinations of their bruschettas. They have a great selection of Natural wines from the region which we really enjoyed. Passion for food and wine is all in the air, with both Davide and Camilla. Perhaps the best place in Pienza for dinner!

This place was perfect for the end of a long walking day. David is very friendly and easy to talk with, he explains in perfect English about the produces he uses for his plates. I ordered a combo of various ham and cheese produces. Pair it with an excellent fresh white wine from the region and you have your perfect light dinner. The place is also tasteful decorated with many unique pieces. Please visit this place and show it some love. Gracie mille and see you soon again !
